Allstructure Engineering, LLC is a full-service consulting structural engineering firm established in 2005. Our staff is comprised of engineers, designers, and administrative personnel dedicated to developing successful relationships with our clients and finding solutions that best suit their needs. Each engineer is trained and capable of preparing complete structural documents including calculations and drafting, allowing each engineer to take ownership of the design from concept to construction administration.
Our Team
Our team is led by two principals, Tim Spengler, PE, SE, and Ryan Hardie, PE, SE, who have combined experience of over 35 years in managing projects throughout the United States. They have technical expertise in steel, concrete, and masonry building systems, and have applied their knowledge on a variety of projects, including structural investigations, seismic retrofitting, and building renovations.
Our Services
At Allstructure Engineering, we offer a wide range of structural engineering services to meet the needs of our clients. Our services include designs for new commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential structures, as well as designs for the support of architectural and mechanical components for use in the medical and high-tech industries. We also provide designs for apartments, hotels, assisted living facilities, and other new multi-story and mixed-use wood structures, as well as high-tech manufacturing ceiling systems using aluminum, light gauge steel, and wire ropes.
In addition, we offer designs for material handling support systems, steel canopies, stairs, and balconies, as well as designs for storage building and canopy structures using light gauge steel framing. Our team also provides seismic investigations and upgrades for existing building structures, post-tensioned concrete design, analysis and design for tenant improvements to existing building structures, commercial and residential observations of existing conditions for real estate, insurance, and home improvement needs, and construction administration services.
