Studio Environment
The studio has a great value, with some excellent instructors. The community studio model works well, but attendees need to dedicate one or two additional sessions per week to get more throwing time and product for their money. The studio is open late, and parking on the street has never been a problem.
Instructor Quality
Not all instructors are created equal. Some, like Skyler, go above and beyond to help students with questions and provide exceptional support. Others, like the teacher in Isabelle's first class, may be rushed and harder to follow.
Customer Service
Customer service is a major concern for some. Isabelle had a poor experience with the studio, citing uncooperative staff and vague policies. They refused to offer a solution when Isabelle had to miss classes due to unexpected events. The studio's response to customer inquiries can be slow, with little flexibility in their policies. Marshall Blairass, the owner, has been criticized for his demeanor and management style.
Hours of Operation
The studio's hours of operation have been inconsistent, with conflicting information on their website.
Affordability
While the studio's membership rates are considered reasonable, some instructors and staff members have been praised for their friendly and supportive nature.
Classes and Facilities
The studio's facilities are big and beautiful, with a lovely location. The classes themselves are varied, and some instructors are excellent. Others may require more attention or patience.
