Amenities and Staff
Many residents have praised the amenities and staff at Ambrose. The community offers a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience, with amenities like a fitness center, pool, and communal spaces that provide a relaxing environment. Termination Issues
However, numerous reviews have raised concerns about the termination process. Residents have reported being served with 60-day notices without being informed of the requirement, and the community's portal does not provide an option to end a lease. Residents have also expressed frustration with the lack of communication and transparency in the termination process, resulting in financial losses.
HVAC Issues
The building has also been criticized for its serious HVAC issue, which affects the air quality from the moment residents enter the garage to their units. The parking spaces are also too small, and residents have reported issues with unloading their vehicles.
Other Issues
Additionally, residents have reported issues with crime, including a SWAT raid and police presence, as well as concerns about car break-ins and hit-and-runs. The building's elevators are often out of order, and residents have had issues with packages being stolen or left unattended outside.
