Our Practice

We are proud to offer a state-of-the-art facility that meets and exceeds OSHA and CDC standards for infection control. Our office is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our young patients. We believe that every child deserves a positive experience at the dentist, and we strive to make every visit a positive and enjoyable one.

Appointments

We understand that every family's schedule is busy, and we strive to accommodate our patients' needs. We schedule appointments at a mutually agreeable time, taking into account the patient's schedule and availability. We respectfully ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking, paperwork, and any necessary seating arrangements.

Office Visit Guidelines

For the safety and privacy of others, we kindly ask that only one guardian accompany the child patient at a time. We encourage siblings to wait in the reception area, as our play area is limited. Due to our stringent standards of infection control, we kindly request that cell phones are not allowed in the clinical area. Additionally, we kindly ask that no food or drink is brought into the office to maintain a sterile environment.

Payment

Payment for professional services is due at the time of treatment. We accept check, cash, or any major credit card. For patients who require major work, we can design a payment plan suitable for their needs. We also file insurance claims on behalf of our patients who have dental insurance coverage.

Cancellation

We kindly request that all cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need our care. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our scheduling policies to ensure that every patient receives the highest level of service.

Conclusion

At Henderson Pediatric Dentistry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe that every child deserves a healthy, happy smile, and we strive to help them achieve that through our personalized care and compassionate approach. We look forward to welcoming your child to our practice and working with you to build a lifetime of good oral health.
