Unpleasant Experiences
One reviewer, Deana Smith, had a negative experience with the office. She had been a patient for a few years and had successfully had three extractions done without issues. However, when she went in for a fourth extraction, she was informed that they had a new X-ray machine that did 3D PA and that it was not covered by her insurance. She was required to pay over $500 upfront before they would bill insurance and then reimburse her. This was a surprise to her, and she felt that she should have been notified of this beforehand. She also felt that the staff handled the situation poorly, leading her to lose her appointment and have to go elsewhere.
Nee also had a negative experience. She had been in pain after a new crown was placed incorrectly, and she was trying to find a dentist who could fix the issue. She went to the office and was laughed at by a staff member when she explained the problem. She felt that the office was uncompassionate and uncaring.
Pleasant Experiences
