Positive Experiences
Many residents have had positive experiences living at Harbour Club apartments. They praise the complex's cleanliness, nice neighbors, and responsive office staff and maintenance team. Some residents appreciate the amenities, such as the pool, and the beautiful grounds. Others mention the convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping.
Complaints about Maintenance and Noise
However, some residents have experienced issues with maintenance. One resident mentioned that the maintenance team is quick to respond, but not always efficient, and sometimes, they provide conflicting information. Another resident mentioned that the old buildings can be noisy, and it's easy to hear neighbors talking, opening drawers, and turning on lights.
Issues with Studio Apartments
One resident had a particularly bad experience living in a studio apartment, citing the lack of central air conditioning, thin walls, and inadequate laundry facilities. They also mentioned that the management office was unresponsive to their concerns.
