Our medical services are designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients. We understand that healthcare is not just about treating illnesses, but also about promoting wellness, healing, and wholeness.
Our Leadership
Our leadership team is comprised of experienced healthcare professionals, including physicians, dentists, and pharmacists. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and our team is dedicated to serving the underserved and marginalized populations.
Our History
Mission of Mercy was founded in 1991 by Gianna Talone-Sullivan, a woman of faith and practicing pharmacist. With a passion to serve and a vision to help the sick and the poor, Gianna launched Mission of Mercy in 1994 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Today, we have expanded our services to include medical, dental, and vision care, and we have multiple locations in Arizona, Maryland, and Texas.
Our Values
At Mission of Mercy, we value compassion, integrity, and excellence in all that we do. We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their financial situation or employment status. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and we strive to inspire others to join us in our mission to restore dignity and wholeness to individuals in need.
Mixed Reviews

Long Lines and Confusing Procedures
Some reviewers have expressed frustration with the long lines and confusing procedures. For example, Dean was turned away from the event after being told that hundreds of people were already there, despite the parking lot being only 10% full. Zachariah McNeil was initially allowed to get in line, but then told that he couldn't be in line after only 2 minutes. Redhead waited in line from 6pm on Thursday and was eventually told that the event was not doing partials, despite being told that they were.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences with the event. Kathy Holly was scared of dental procedures, but was reassured by the staff and is now no longer afraid. Timoteo was impressed by the friendly and respectful staff and enjoyed his overall experience. April Shubert was happy with the service she received and appreciative of the compassionate care. Brian Cheshire appreciated the professional services and smiled at the dentist's bedside manner. Cheri Ross appreciated the generous opportunity, despite some issues with patient care. Marie M. appreciated the nice and helpful volunteers, but wished for more supplies for dentures.
