After Vince's passing in 1965, his beloved wife, Stephanie, took the reins, nurturing the restaurant's flame for over two decades. Her unwavering dedication and legendary status ("Miss Fanny") continued to define the Little Village experience.
Following Miss Fanny's retirement in 1992, the torch was passed to the next generation. Wayne Stabiler, inspired by his family's legacy and unwavering passion for food, embarked on a journey to revitalize and modernize the Village's traditions.
