Unprofessional and Poor Service
Several reviewers have expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Dr. Fontana Dentistry. Cancellation and Unscheduling: Steven Lightner, Dude, Alison Hensler, and April Urias all experienced cancellations or unscheduling of their appointments without notice. Long Wait Times: Alison Hensler and April Urias also reported waiting 30+ minutes past their appointment time just to be seen.
Disagreements and Refunds: Stephanie Adeniran had a poor experience with the office manager, who was unprofessional and said they didn't want her as a patient. She also had to redo a root canal that was not done properly and is seeking a refund.
Positive Experiences
Despite the negative reviews, some reviewers have had positive experiences with Dr. Fontana Dentistry. Efficient and Friendly: Heather Sabatino praised the practice for being friendly and efficient, offering a variety of procedures without needing to refer patients to other places. Caring and Professional: Brad Jones and Richard Cherepko both had excellent experiences with the staff, who were professional and caring.
Unsatisfactory Payment Demands
April Urias was asked to pay $217 upfront for a root canal, which she couldn't afford. This led to her not being treated for her condition until November, which she found unacceptable.
