Testimonials
"Thank you very much for taking care of our little Caroline through this nasty GI virus. Each time we visited, you all were very patient and kind, even though you were swamped with sick children and worried parents well past closing hours. Thank you for caring!" - C. L.
"I can't say enough great things about the medical care my kids have received at North Raleigh Pediatrics Group over the past eight years. Dr. Frerichs has been their doctor since the kids were born at Rex Hospital and he always goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable at their yearly physicals and at any other appointments that are needed. During a recent visit on February 11, 2021, I was impressed with the steps Dr. Frerichs took with ear wax removal on both the kids. The kids felt so much better after having it done and Dr. Frerichs kept them calm and relaxed during the procedure. Thank you NR Peds for always being there for us!" - J.S.
Office Experience
The office experience was a mixed bag, with some reviewers enjoying their visit and others having negative experiences. Positive reviewers praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Keisha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate their needs. Others appreciated the patience and attentiveness of Dr. Frerich's and other staff members.
Billing Issues
However, some reviewers encountered billing issues, with one parent being charged over $600 for routine visits and being threatened with discharge if they didn't pay. Another reviewer was frustrated with the office's handling of their TB test results, which they felt was careless and nonchalant.
Diagnostic Issues
Another parent had a concerning experience where their daughter's symptoms were initially misdiagnosed, leading to a delay in proper treatment for an inguinal hernia. They were unhappy with the office's response to their concerns and felt that their anxiety was unfairly dismissed.
Overall Assessment
While some reviewers were very happy with their experience, others had significant issues with billing, diagnosis, and communication.
