Negative Experiences
Many patients have had negative experiences at Rapha Primary Care. Several reviewers have mentioned rude and unprofessional staff, including supervisors and doctors. One patient, Es Niicole, had a supervisor named Lestina who was "very rude" and had a "nastiest attitude ever". Alexis Wack's experience with Dr. Uba was also unprofessional, as he was "dismissive, unprofessional and disrespectful". Michelle Bird and Jennifer Salus had similar experiences, with staff being rude and unhelpful.
Patients have also reported difficulties with billing and copays, with Jennifer Salus still waiting for a refund after almost two months. Long wait times and a lack of respect for patients' issues have also been mentioned. Some reviewers have decided to seek care elsewhere due to these negative experiences.
Lack of Positive Feedback
Despite the numerous negative reviews, there are a few instances of positive feedback. Taneisha Williams had a good experience with Ms Amy Brown at the Urgent Care office, who was "amazing" and showed kindness and professionalism. Shafika Hanna had a positive experience with the woman who set up her appointment, who was patient, kind, and compassionate. Shafika also had a good experience with her doctor, Mr. Arrington, who was attentive and thorough.
However, even these positive experiences were not enough to outweigh the numerous negative reviews.
