The owner of Different By Design Hair Salon is LaMonica Cuthbertson, a Charlotte native who specializes in making others feel special. With a warm and charming personality, professionalism, and unique skills in keeping your hair healthy and in style, LaMonica is a triple threat in the beauty industry. She has a profound passion for people and hair, which makes her one of Charlotte's best stylists.
LaMonica is a graduate of the world-renowned Dudley Beauty School System of Charlotte, NC, where she is licensed in North Carolina. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Winston-Salem State University. After a successful career in corporate America, LaMonica pursued her passion for hair and opened Different by Design Hair Salon in 2016.
