Our family of boutique hotels, cottages, and restaurants in New Jersey and New York has been delivering classic American resort experiences for over 30 years. Our Story
Our journey began over three decades ago when we envisioned a place that embodied the authentic charm of a bygone era with all the comforts and amenities of today. In 1986, we purchased the 24-room Virginia hotel in Cape May and brought our vision to life. Our success at The Virginia allowed us to acquire the iconic Congress Hall and restore it to its original grandeur. We have since expanded to include the restoration of The Star, Beach Shack, the Sandpiper Beach Club, the Congress Place Suites, and the Beach Plum Farm Cottages in Cape May. In 2015, we opened Baron's Cove in Sag Harbor, and most recently, we welcomed the Pridwin Hotel & Cottages to our portfolio in 2021.
