Total System Replacements: We install completely new air conditioning systems from top to bottom, using top brands such as Mitsubishi, Rheem, Ruud, Champion, Comfortmaker, Gree, EcoTemp, Frigidaire, and Goodman.
System Maintenance: Our 21-point inspection includes a new washable filter, cleaning the coil, flushing the drain line, algaecide tablets for the drain pan, coil guard, checking the amperage draw and refrigerant levels, and adding up to 1lb of refrigerant.
Unit and Duct Cleaning and Sanitation: We use a rotobrush with hepa-vacuum to clean out dirt and debris from your ducts, and sanitize with a hospital-grade solution using a fogger.
Indoor Air Quality: We check your system for microbial growth and sanitize it with a hospital-grade solution using a fogger. We can also install germicidal Ultra Violet lights to prevent further contamination.
Thermostat Replacement: We recommend upgrading to a programmable thermostat, which ensures that you're not cooling unnecessarily when you're not home.
