Our Services

Each class is carefully crafted to include a mix of warm-up, weight training, high-intensity interval training, core work, and stretching. We use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, TRX, and even an Assault Bike to keep things interesting and challenging.
But it's not just about the workout - it's about the community. Our classes are designed to be supportive, encouraging, and motivating, with an average of 15-30 participants per class.
