Our Gym

Our state-of-the-art gym is designed to provide you with the tools you need to succeed. Our weight room is equipped with a wide range of free weights, kettlebells, squat racks, battling ropes, heavy bags, balance and agility equipment, and more. Our cardio section features treadmills, rowers, spin bikes, and step mills. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, we've got everything you need to take your fitness to the next level.

Personal Training

Our personal training program is designed to help you achieve your goals, no matter what they may be. Our experienced trainers will work with you to create a customized program that takes into account your fitness goals, physical strengths, and mental barriers. With private training sessions, group training, and specialized programs, we've got the perfect solution for you.

Membership

Becoming a member of Sweat Box is easy. We offer a variety of membership options, including basic and elite memberships, all of which provide access to our state-of-the-art gym, personal training sessions, and specialized classes. Plus, with our extended hours, you can work out on your own schedule.
