Our journey began when Paul Cooper and Heiko Dzierzon formed Pipe Spy Inc. in 1998 to serve the growing need for sewer repair and replacement in the East Bay Area. We sought to bring better value to our customers, and so we introduced trenchless sewer replacement technology to the region. We worked closely with local utility inspectors to gain approval for the new technology, advocating for our customers every step of the way.
