Our Story

Supreme Health and Fitness has been a staple in the Madison community for over 50 years, and our owners, Joe Wirkus and Howie Grigg, are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment that fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among our members. We pride ourselves on our 7000 square foot Fitness Center, which is equipped with over 100 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, circuit training stations, and free weights. Our racquetball program is one of the best in the Midwest, with 6 championship courts and over 400 active players.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services and programs to cater to diverse fitness needs and goals. Our Group Exercise program features over 30 live and streaming classes per week, including Zumba, TRX, Group Cycling, BodyPUMP, Yoga, and more. Our Personal Training program pairs you with one of our highly accredited and certified trainers who will work with you to create a customized fitness plan. Our Swimming Pool is a salt-water pool that offers lap swimming, water fitness classes, and small group training. We also offer Small Group Training, which combines the benefits of personal training with the motivation of a group setting.
