Our story began in 1963, when David's father-in-law founded Southgate Chevron. David's passion for fixing cars started at a young age, watching his father build engines in their home garage. He later joined Southgate Chevron, where he became the manager and lead technician. In 1995, the Taylor family decided to separate from Chevron, and Southgate Automotive was born. Today, we are proud to serve the Reno community, offering a wide range of auto repair and maintenance services.
