Our Doctors
At Plymouth Vision Center, we are proud to have two board-certified optometrists on our team. Dr. Tate Herman and Dr. Nadia Khan are dedicated professionals who are committed to providing you with the best possible care.
Dr. Herman is a native of South Dakota and earned his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and serves as a trustee for the Minnesota Optometric Association.
Dr. Khan is a native of Houston, Texas, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Houston. She graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry with her Doctorate of Optometry degree in 2006. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Minnesota Optometric Association.
Our History
Plymouth Vision Center was established in 1999 by Thomas Sandberg, who brings a wealth of experience in optical sales and services. We have grown and evolved over the years, moving to our current location in the Plymouth Medical Building in 2021. Throughout our history, we have remained committed to providing exceptional eye care and service to our patients.
