Our facility, Florida Fitness Concepts, is a state-of-the-art studio equipped with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Our facility is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment that fosters growth, motivation, and success.
Trainer Personalities
Bruce Wang had the opportunity to work with Jacob before he left his position at the University Club. Jacob was described as a "really nice guy" who was "passionate about his career and helping people stay fit". However, despite his enthusiasm, Jacob's training techniques didn't challenge the reviewer enough to see significant progress.
On the other hand, Gregory Territo had an extremely positive experience with Jake, describing him as a "phenomenal trainer". Jake's intimate and focused facility created a comfortable atmosphere that helped the reviewer stay motivated and learn new skills.
Training Effectiveness
While Jacob's training didn't provide the intensity and progress that Bruce Wang was looking for, Gregory Territo appreciated Jake's ability to create a motivating environment and teach long-term sustainable fitness methods. In contrast, Bruce Wang felt that Jacob's training routine was too passive and didn't provide the desired results.
Facilities and Atmosphere
