Alison, our founder and coach, is a certified personal trainer and professional life and recovery coach with over 5 years of experience. Her passion for fitness and wellness began when she ended her relationship with alcohol in 2017. Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping women build strength - inside and out. Alison's approach to coaching is always rooted in empathy and positivity, making her the perfect guide on your journey to a healthier, happier you.
