Our studio is led by certified instructors, Vicki Hickerson and Traci Velebil, who have extensive experience in the Pilates method. With over 16 years of combined teaching experience, they have nurtured a passion for sharing the benefits of Pilates with others.
Our Services
At Body Springs Studio, we offer a range of services to cater to different needs and preferences. Our private sessions provide a personalized and intensive approach to Pilates, allowing clients to focus on their specific goals and needs. These sessions are ideal for those who want to improve their posture, increase flexibility, or rehabilitate from an injury.
We also offer duet sessions, which are perfect for couples, friends, or colleagues who want to work out together. This unique approach allows for a fun and social way to experience the benefits of Pilates, while also providing support and motivation from like-minded individuals.
For a more intimate and private experience, we offer trio tower/mat classes. These sessions are designed for groups of three people who can work together to achieve their fitness goals. This approach provides a sense of community and camaraderie while learning and practicing Pilates together.
Instructors
Our instructors, Vicki Hickerson and Traci Velebil, are certified in the Classical Pilates Method and have extensive experience in teaching Pilates. Vicki has over 16 years of experience as a Pilates instructor and has certifications from Pilates Inc., Power Pilates, and The Pilates Method Alliance. Traci has over 10 years of experience as a Pilates instructor and has certifications from Power Pilates and The Pilates Method Alliance.
The Classical Pilates Method
The Classical Pilates Method is a physical fitness program that strengthens the muscles, increases flexibility, and promotes good posture. Developed by Joseph Pilates, this method emphasizes the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Our instructors are committed to teaching the Classical Pilates Method, which focuses on proper alignment, breathing, and movement.
