Meet Dan Nepp, our principal and one of the most experienced architects in the country. With a degree from the University of Minnesota School of Architecture and over three decades of experience, Dan has been recognized for his innovative designs and commitment to sustainability. He has been featured in numerous publications and has won several awards for his work, including the prestigious Ralph Rapson Traveling Fellowship from the Minnesota Architectural Foundation.

Leffert Tigelaar, our associate principal, is another key member of our team. With a background in ceramics and a passion for residential architecture, Leffert brings a unique perspective to every project. He has worked on a wide range of projects, from modern lake homes to historic renovations, and has been recognized for his work with several awards and publications.
