Our Story

Soul Pump Fitness was founded by Yahel and Andy Sharabi, a husband and wife team who are passionate about creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that welcomes anyone who is open and motivated about learning their body's potential in movement. With certifications in group fitness, personal training, yoga, prenatal yoga, and massage therapy, Yahel and Andy have created a unique approach to fitness that focuses on strength, stretching, and alignment.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services, including in-studio classes, online training, prenatal classes, and in-person prenatal/postpartum classes. Our classes are designed to be intimate and personalized, with a focus on creating a positive and energetic atmosphere. We use a variety of tools, including resistance training and a yoga wall, to create a complete workout that highlights strength and stretching. Our mission is for our clients to complete their class feeling strong and relaxed at the same time.

21 Day Movement Challenge

We're excited to introduce our 21 Day Movement Challenge, a program designed to bring positivity, focus, energy, and balance into your life. The challenge includes 21 days of movement classes, with workouts that are approximately 30 minutes each day. The program includes full-body strengthening exercises, balance, cardio, elements to improve posture, alignment, and simple restorative poses. We also include modifications in the videos, so that clients of all levels can use this program with success. At the end of each week, we include a dedicated class for deep stretching to relax your body and promote deep sleep and stress management.
