Formed in 1987, S&EC has grown steadily over the years, employing a robust staff of professionals in various fields, including biology, botany, forestry, hydrology, soil science, natural resources, and professional engineering. We are registered with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors in the practice of Professional Engineering and with the North Carolina Board for the Licensing of Soil Scientists.
