Our story begins in 2013 when Steve Maxson, a seasoned engineer with a passion for problem-solving and innovation, founded the company with the goal of providing high-quality consulting engineering services to clients with complex design needs.
Our History
Our journey has been marked by significant milestones and achievements. In 2015, we relocated our headquarters to Littleton, Colorado, to accommodate our growing team. This expansion was followed by a period of rapid growth, during which we expanded our national practice from just three states to over 20 states and 10 countries. By 2019, our need for additional leadership had become clear, and we established our principal group to propel the company into the future.

- Steve Maxson, PE, LEED AP: With over 24 years of experience, Steve is our president and has a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
- Scott Miller, PE, LEED AP: A 24-year veteran of the industry, Scott is our principal and director of engineering, with a passion for design and a "job well done" attitude.
- Brian Bowyer, PE: With 23 years of experience, Brian is our principal and electrical department manager, known for his sense of humor and ability to solve complex problems.
- Chris Geipel, Principal, Director of Project Development: Chris has 12 years of experience in engineering and design, with a love for client interaction and meeting people who are changing the world.
