As a certified personal trainer, I, Michael Ewing, have been dedicated to helping clients from all walks of life achieve their physical and mental well-being for over two decades. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training and Recreation, as well as a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I bring a unique perspective to the world of personal training.
