Our Philosophy

At Concrete Body, we believe that you have a duty and responsibility to your body. After all, it's the only one you have, and it needs a lot of attention. Your body should be treated like your job. If you don't show up to work, you don't make any money, and if you don't work your body, your body will go on strike, and in turn, won't work for you. Committing to training 2-3 days a week, whether group or one-on-one training, you owe it to yourself to get in shape. It's the best investment you'll ever make.

About Our Facility

Our fully equipped private training facility is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients. Our facility features a complete cardiovascular conditioning area with state-of-the-art equipment, a weight room with a full arsenal of weightlifting modalities, and more.

Meet the Owners

We, the owners of Concrete Body, got our start running a small engineering and construction company and soon realized we'd better start thinking about our personal fitness to enjoy the fruits of our labor. We invested in personal training and soon saw the transformation in our bodies and energy levels. We wanted our employees to enjoy the same health benefits, so we created Concrete Body to share our passion for fitness with the community.

Meet Our Coach

Ron Callo, our head strength and conditioning coach/trainer, has over 15 years of experience as a trainer and strength coach. He has trained professional athletes, Division I college athletes, military personnel, and even an Olympic gold medalist. Ron is a graduate of San Francisco State University and is a US Army veteran.
