Our mission is to meet clients where they are, regardless of age or fitness level, and provide individualized guidance in support of achieving and maintaining a positive, healthy lifestyle that aligns with their unique fitness, health, and nutrition goals. We are passionate about empowering our clients with the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to achieve their goals and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients. From private and duo coaching to small group coaching and team training, we have a program that's right for you. Our coaches are certified in a variety of specialized areas, including precision nutrition, running, and sports performance. We also offer endurance and speed coaching, as well as nutrition coaching to help our clients achieve optimal health and performance.

Our private and duo coaching programs provide customized one-on-one training plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Our small group coaching programs focus on sport-specific strength and conditioning, as well as generalized programs for groups of recreational fitness enthusiasts. Our team training programs provide generalized fitness training for large groups, as well as sport-specific strength and conditioning team training on or off site.

Our team of coaches is led by Anita Slaughter, a certified personal trainer and fitness coach with over 20 years of experience. Our coaches are certified in a variety of specialized areas, including precision nutrition, running, and sports performance. We have a team of experienced coaches who are passionate about helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
