Disappointing Experience with Unfaire Pricing
A reviewer, Jessica Cowan, shares her shocking and disappointing experience with this dental practice. She had been a loyal customer for nearly 30 years, but her recent visit left her feeling deceived. During the appointment, the dental hygienist told her that Dr. Fox recommends a specific night guard to all her patients. However, when the imaging was complete, the checkout process revealed a surprise: a $650 charge, much higher than the original estimate of $500-$550. The secretary, Barbra, was cold and dismissive when Jessica questioned the price, pointing to a sign that was nearly 3 feet away and obstructed by products. The sign mentioned a service charge, but it was unclear. Jessica felt deceived and scammed, especially considering her family had been loyal customers for so long.
Excellent Experience with Understanding and Holistic Approach
In contrast, other reviewers had a more positive experience. Sharon Chiappero, for instance, had extreme anxiety about visiting the dentist but found this practice to be understanding and accommodating. Dr. Fox and her staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, even offering massage and CBD therapy to reduce anxiety.
