Additionally, we offer seismic risk assessments, state-mandated balcony inspections, and specialty assessments such as condominium conversion inspections, health and safety inspections, and property condition assessments.
Our Founder and Licenses
Our founder, Don Boatwright, P.E., is a registered Civil Engineer with licenses to practice engineering in California and Colorado. He has extensive experience in the field and has worked with local building departments for decades, resolving problems such as non-compliance citations and obtaining permits for unapproved additions or modifications. He is also an experienced expert witness in construction-related and inspection-related disputes.
