Class Types
We offer a variety of classes that cater to different fitness levels and preferences. Our signature classes include:
Sculpt: A full-body sculpt workout that integrates a variety of modalities, such as yoga fusion, Pilates mat, barre, and partner stunting. Set to beat-based music, Sculpt will leave you feeling more mentally connected, lengthened, toned, and more aligned.
