Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair: Our state-of-the-art equipment provides a fun and challenging way to improve posture, increase strength and stamina, and support long-term health and wellness.

Functional Fitness: Our functional fitness sessions focus on improving overall fitness and physical awareness, using TRX Suspension Training System and Functional Fitness exercises.

Private and Semi-Private Sessions: Our private and semi-private sessions are designed to cater to individual needs and goals, offering personalized attention and guidance from our experienced instructors.

Yoga and TRX Suspension Training: Our yoga and TRX suspension training sessions are designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also reducing stress and increasing overall well-being.

Meet Our Instructors

Our team of highly trained instructors have diverse experience and specializations, each bringing a unique and empowering style to our private sessions and classes. Our instructors are certified in multiple fields and subsets of fitness, including Pilates, Yoga, and TRX.

Shannon Rooney: As the managing partner of Body Balance Pilates Studio, Shannon is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. She is comprehensively trained in Pilates through Balanced Body University and is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance.

Molly Markham Lipp: As a partner at Body Balance Pilates Studio, Molly is a Pilates certified instructor with a master's degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She is also certified in TRX and has a background in sports and gymnastics.

Erica Thornton: As an instructor at Body Balance Pilates Studio, Erica has a master's degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training, and is certified in Pilates, TRX, and Athletic Training.
