- Private Personal Training: One-on-one training with a certified trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals.
- Semi-Private Personal Training: Personalized training with 2-3 people at the same time.
- Small Group Training: Group-oriented training with 4-6 people training at the same time.

Our team of certified trainers is led by Toby Lau, a certified ACSM (American College of Sports and Medicine) Personal Trainer with over 14 years of experience. Toby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and is specialized in Functional Aging and Exercise Science. Our team is committed to providing you with personalized attention, guidance, and support to help you achieve your fitness goals.
