  • LIT HIIT: Combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and low-impact training (LIT) for a calorie-burning workout.
  • ROW + CORE: Challenging your entire body with high-intensity rowing intervals mixed with core strengthening bursts.
  • REPS & ROW: High-intensity rowing intervals mixed with body sculpting strength training.
  • TRX & FLEX: A total body strength-based conditioning class incorporating the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, and your own body weight.
  • XCCELERATE: A strength training class featuring kettlebell flows, advanced body weight, and kettlebell movements.
  • PoweRow: Combining the use of WaterRowers, TRX Suspension Trainers, and Kettlebells for a full-body workout.
  • X-Strength: Total body strength with a focus on gradually advancing each exercise.
  • athlet-x: A high-intensity, fast-paced class designed to improve overall athletic performance.
