Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where members can connect and support one another in their journeys. We offer a wide range of classes and programs to suit everyone's interests and fitness levels, including martial arts classes, MMA, jiu-jitsu, nogi grappling, kickboxing, small group and 1-on-1 personal training, strength training, boot camps, and cardio workouts. Our coaches are skilled in adapting exercises to accommodate individual needs, and they work closely with members to create personalized plans.
Our Classes

Our classes include No Gi Jiu Jitsu/Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing, Kids Class, CardioCore, and Mobility. Membership
We offer a Basic Membership program for $150/month, which includes access to the gym and all classes, plus personalized workouts that support your goals. As a member, you'll also have access to 1-on-1 meetings with our owner and fitness coach, Shamir Peshewa.
