Our Services

Our Personal Training sessions provide one-on-one guidance and support, tailored to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. Our Group Class, known as the "Get Fine(R) Program, " is a weight training class designed to challenge individuals at their own level. We also offer Workout Videos and a Lower Body focused Training Program, "Nalgas Ricas, " available on the Train Heroic app.
