Cancellation Policy
- We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
- Failure to cancel within the 24-hour window will result in a 50% charge of the appointment cost.
- Cancelling within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the appointment cost.
