Founded by Christa Gurka, our studio has grown into a profession with purpose, empowering individuals to live a healthy and pain-free lifestyle. Our team of dedicated professionals, with over 200 years of combined experience, is fully certified and trained in all areas of Pilates practice, many with post-graduate doctorate degrees.
Our Services

Our In-Studio Pilates Classes provide a safe and sanitary environment for you to strengthen, lengthen, and move your body. Our Physical Therapy services, delivered by licensed Physical Therapists, help you recover from injuries or alleviate lingering pain. Our Comprehensive Teacher Training programs are designed to educate and certify Pilates instructors. We also offer Mat Pilates Teacher Training Courses and Programs, as well as Free Resources and Workshops to help you continue your Pilates journey.
