At Mason Senior Apartments, we offer active, over 55 seniors a beautiful, independent living community at affordable prices. Located in Katy, Texas, our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments provide comfortable living space, lavish amenities, and a wide array of resident activities.

Our apartments are designed with seniors in mind, featuring covered entries, microwaves, refrigerators with ice makers, covered patios or balconies, 9' ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, laundry connections, and fire sprinklers. Some of our apartments even have additional features such as a gazebo with sitting area, a sparkling swimming pool, a fitness center, and a community room. We understand that pets are part of the family, so we allow cats and dogs with breed restrictions and a maximum of three pets per unit. There is an additional monthly rent per pet and a deposit per pet.

We offer eight different bright, open floor plans to choose from, ranging from 1-2 bedrooms. Our floor plans include:

• Plan A1 and A3: 1 bed, 1 bath, 760 sqft
• Plan B1 and B3: 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,000 sqft
• Plan B2: 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,000 sqft
• Plan B4 and B6: 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,000 sqft
• Plan B5: 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,000 sqft
