Our founder, Steffanie Loewenstein, is a certified personal trainer and fitness expert with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Health Sciences for Nutrition and Dietetics from Indiana University Bloomington. With a rich background in gymnastics, running, and yoga, Steff has a unique understanding of the importance of flexibility, posture correction, and overall physical wellness. Her passion for fitness and wellness led her to start Health and Fitness at Home, with a mission to make wellness convenient and accessible to everyone.
