John Carlson, President of Mark-Taylor Companies, has dedicated the last 20 years of his career to the organization. The company's exceptional people and authentic and ambitious culture are a testament to its continued success.

Michael Wilson, Vice President of Asset Management, leads the organization's portfolio of more than 22,000 homes in a precise, analytical approach. His direction guides the operational leadership team to ensure each community delivers the organization's signature five-star standard of service.

Dustin Lacey, Vice President of Marketing & Technology, has built Mark-Taylor's marketing structure from the ground up, hiring a talented team and creating a specialized and data-driven marketing strategy. In his five-year tenure, he has expanded his oversight to include marketing, communications, strategic projects, and the Integrated Operations Network (ION) for the organization's entire portfolio.

Adam Greco, Director of Portfolio Development, is a trusted industry expert who has served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Multifamily Association since 2009. He utilizes his business acumen to lead new business ventures focused on asset management and consulting services.

Scott Hines, Director of Systems & Applications, spearheads our software initiatives, steering large-scale projects and providing technical expertise to ensure our systems meet the highest standards.
