Layout and Space
Wexford offers a range of apartment sizes, including townhomes, which provide separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The apartments also come with in-unit washers and dryers, which is rare in the 700 sqft size. Another notable feature is the open layout, which makes the space feel larger than it actually is.
Neighborhood and Amenities
The complex is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a good area to live in (Fairborn address, but you live in Beavercreek, allowing for access to the golf course and library). The amenities are good, particularly the 24/7 gym. The pool area is clean and allows for lots of people to use it at the same time. The staff communicates regularly with residents about any issues or updates.
Maintenance and Issues
Although the maintenance team is friendly, there are some issues with the upkeep of the complex. For example, the appliances are old and need updating, the carpets are poor quality, and the neighborhood needs to be kept clean. There have been instances of dogs not being picked up after, and the complex has pet stations to help with this issue.
Unpleasant Experiences
Some residents have had unpleasant experiences, such as packages not being delivered on time due to the limited hours of the clubhouse, and the lack of lighting on the path to the garbage and mail area.
