Our Team

Our team is led by CEO Dwane Lay, who launched the business with a single truck in 1980. He is now the CEO of one of the only privately owned Mechanical Contracting businesses in the Knoxville area. President Randy Lay has worked in every aspect of the business and has been instrumental in its growth. Lori Lay-Sentell serves as the Director of Operations, bringing over 20 years of HVAC experience to her role. Ledna Jackson oversees both the Accounting and Human Resources departments, bringing over 30 years of accounting and human resource management experience to Del-Air.
