Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, including:
- 14-day introductory Personal Training Trial Membership, which includes a comprehensive orthopedic assessment, individualized exercise program design, one private one-on-one training session, and unlimited small group personal training sessions and metabolic conditioning sessions.
- Semi-Private Personal Training, which includes 8 semi-private personal training sessions and 4 metabolic conditioning workouts per month.
- Elite and Elite Plus membership options, which include unlimited semi-private personal training sessions, metabolic conditioning workouts, and additional perks like private training sessions and nutrition coaching.
- Holistic Health services, including nutrition coaching, life coaching, bodywork, physical therapy, massage and movement, and Reiki.
