Positive Experiences
Kanna Fitness has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from its members. Many have praised the gym's wide range of exercise sets, knowledgeable and friendly coaching staff, and welcoming community. Members have appreciated the personalized attention and encouragement they receive from the coaches, who help them set achievable goals and make progress. The gym's flexible schedule and variety of class times have also been highlighted as a major plus.
Negative Experience
One member, Mb V., had a negative experience with the gym. They were asked to remove their scarf, a keffiyeh, during a coaching meeting, which they felt was a form of profiling. Although they remained calm and professional, they were ultimately told that the gym would not move forward with their application due to their scarf making some members feel uncomfortable.
