Our Mission

Jennifer Berry, Owner / Teacher

Jenn Berry has been practicing Pilates since 1992 and became a certified Pilates instructor in 2001. She holds a Master's degree in dance science and has had the privilege of learning from Joseph Pilates' proteges Ron Fletcher and Diane Diefenderfer. Jenn's extensive experience and education enable her to provide the highest quality Pilates instruction to her clients.

Eric Newton & Elaine Rensing

Our team also includes Eric Newton and Elaine Rensing, both highly skilled and dedicated Pilates instructors. Eric's background in dance and movement brings a unique perspective to his teaching, while Elaine's passion for helping others discover the benefits of Pilates shines through in every session.

Services Offered

  • Privates/Semi-Privates: Our one-on-one and small group sessions allow for individualized attention and instruction, ensuring that you get the most out of your Pilates practice.

  • Injury Recovery: Our instructors are experienced in working with clients who are recovering from injuries, helping them to regain strength, flexibility, and mobility safely and effectively.
  • Working Professionals: Sitting at a desk for long periods can lead to poor posture, muscle imbalances, and pain. Our Pilates sessions focus on correcting these issues, helping you to feel better and move more efficiently both in and out of the office.
