• Carvana Charlotte, North Carolina: Carvana, an online retailer of automobiles, has opened Charlotte's first car vending machine. This unique structure showcases vehicles in its 8-tier, glass clad tower while serving as a pickup/delivery location for its customers who purchase a vehicle online.
• Burkert Fluid Control Systems: This multi-million dollar campus features a new 173,000-square foot facility located on a 98-acre parcel of wooded forest and farmland in Huntersville, North Carolina. The campus features administrative areas, manufacturing space and storage.
• Nations Ford Elementary School: A new elementary school for 800 students, located in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The project includes a load bearing masonry structure with metal deck, 4-ply built up roof. The building is fully sprinklered with 39 classrooms, cafeteria, multi-purpose room, media center, and administration areas.
• Carvana Nashville, Tennessee: A unique structure located on Interstate 65 in Nashville, Tennessee. This five-story glass tower filled with used cars is a fully-automated vending machine for cars, owned by online auto retailer Carvana.
• Dieffenbach GM Dealership: A new General Motors (GM) Superstore project in Rockingham, North Carolina. The project includes a new showroom, administrative areas, and extensive remodeling of an existing maintenance service area.
• DriveTime Automotive Group, Inc. - Retail Sales: DriveTime is the nation's largest automotive dealer helping people with credit issues purchase a vehicle. WHN Architects has provided design and construction services for several DriveTime retail store locations across the country.
• DriveTime Automotive Group, Inc. Vehicle Inspection Centers: Due to the high volume of vehicles that DriveTime procures, they have established regional inspection centers where vehicles go through a thorough inspection and reconditioning process before being sold. WHN Architects has provided design and construction services for several of these centers.
