Our Philosophy

Our People

Our team consists of experienced structural engineers, CAD operators, and clerical staff, with a total of about 15 to 20 employees. We maintain a small and intimate office environment, which allows for effective communication and collaboration.

Our History

CT Engineering was established in 1984 by Charles Griffes as a structural engineering practice with a focus on architecturally designed buildings in the private developer market. Over the years, we have grown gradually, expanding our services and client base. We currently have 10 structural engineers on staff, two CAD/Revit operators, and clerical support.
